The Firm’s founder and managing partner, William W. Osborne, Jr., is a well-known expert in the law of union administration and regulation, having served since 1997 as Co-Chair of the Committee on Union Administration of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and, since 2003, as Editor-in-Chief of the leading treatise on the subject, Labor Union Law and Regulation. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Law and has served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, George Washington University, Catholic University of America, and the University of the District of Columbia, and as a lecturer at the George Meany Center for Labor Studies – the National Labor College. Mr. Osborne received his B.A. from Williams College and his J.D. from Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America.
